Prior to achieving my business and marketing experience and education I worked as a Paid-Call-Firefighter for the San Bernardino County Fire Department and Calif. Dept of Forestry. Unfortunately, I was not able to continue with that career due to a permanant eye injury. After fighting fires for three years I wasn't sure what I was going to do for a career. I was young so I bounced around for a while trying to figure it out. This turned out to be valuable experience because I was able to truely figure out where my talents best fit. I eventually ended up using my medical experience from my firefighting days to secure a position working as a physical rehabilitation therapist for a sports medicine chiropractor. It was a great experience for me because it allowed me to still help people and strengthen my personal and professional communication skills. After four years I was encouraged by my patients to return to school. I signed up at my local community college with the thought of becoming a chiropractor. I eventually transfered to University of California, Riverside where I graduated with a degree in biology and chemistry. I worked for a laser eye surgeon for several years during my final years in college and decided that becoming a doctor was not a real passion I wanted to pursue. I always had the ambition to be my own boss but did not feel the medical field was the best fit. I turned towards business because it was more diverse and challenging field for my entreprenuerial spirit.

I began working in the mortgage industry in Orange County as an account manager. I really like working with people and helping solve their problems. I decided if I really want to be an asset to the people I worked with I should become more knowledgable about business. I started night school in 2006 to obtain a MBA, I finished my MBA in 2008 and then capped it off with the marketing concentration in 2009. Sadly, the mortgage indutry failed while I was finishing school so I decided now was the time to venture out on my own. Now I believe the best use of my experience and education is to help others achieve their own personal and business goals.  

As mentioned above, I have over 15 years experience in sales and customer service. As an experienced professional I can assist you in creating a customer focused environment that will improve your service and product sales immediately. I specializes in helping business owners grow their business and their bottom line. From Southern California, I work with businesses throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. Currently my primary work is consulting in the salon industry with < 20 stylist and employees, and under $500 thousand in annual sales; however, I have the experience and ability to work within all other business areas and industries.

I regularly coach business owners and management staff on designs for business and marketing plans, developing business and marketing strategies, staff training (product and service sales), action and implementation plans, and tracking results and measuring value. My main focus is providing the support and infrastructure that your business may NOT currently have or have the budget to afford on a full-time basis.
